Terry Boardman - What on earth IS the New World Order, actually?

Terry Boardman is a freelance translator (Japanese, German), lecturer and writer on current events and modern history. Based on the four sources of the ten years he spent in Japan, his knowledge as a trained historian (Manchester Univ. 1973), his understanding of his own biography, and insights drawn especially from the work of Rudolf Steiner, he has for the past 17 years been lecturing and writing in Britain and abroad about the New World Order and its relationship to the unfolding evolution of human consciousness and freedom. He is the author of two books - Mapping the Millennium - Behind the Plans of the New World Order (1998) and Kaspar Hauser - Where did he come from? (2006) and writes regularly for the quarterly magazine New View on history and current affairs issues.

There has been a welter of discussion in recent years about 'the New World Order' and what is behind it. Some may have found much of this discussion bewildering. In this talk Terry will present a clear and historically grounded understanding of the phenomenon. From deep and esoteric roots, which go well beyond politics and economics, the New World Order is now in this very special century rising to challenge and test us all as we reach for the level of consciousness and autonomy that befits humanity at this stage of its development. In particular, he will consider if we can avoid the errors of 1914 and look at how relations are developing between the West, the Middle East and Far East - and at the prospect of a major East-West conflict in relation to the intentions of New World Order planners.
